Honesty

We always say that we can handle the truth, but sometimes we can't. We say that we want our friends to be honest with us, but why can't we be honest towards them? A lot people try to live by the rule, honesty is the best policy, but is it really? How is honesty the best policy, when the truth can really hurt someone. How do we determine to be honest with someone? Do we wait until our guilty conscious kill us, to tell the other person, or do we tell them automatically when we find out? Honesty is something that we all need to work on. I believe that we need to be completely honest with ourselves and others. Does being completely honest make the world a better place? Just imagine if the politicians would be completely honest with people, if they were to tell the people every thing that's going on without any lies or secret. Honesty can make us stronger and destroy us at the same time, so next time just try to be honest.
