Trust

Trust. I always say that is really important to trust someone, but its really hard when they once hurt you. Some peoples automatically trust someone when they first meet then, while others say people have to gain their trust. When the trust is broken between two peoples is hard for the other person to gain their trust back. Why is trust so hard for people to give and gain? I would say that trust is really hard to gain back when someone once betrayed you. Why can't trust be like the word sorry. What I mean with this is that why can't sorry to someone and not loose all that trust that was once there. Is it harder for us to gain trust or loose trust? Trust is one of the the most important keys to a healthy frieidship.
