When regret comes to mind, every one says that they don't regret any thing, but i believe this is not true. I think that even though we say we don't regret something, we always think back and wonder "what if" and "if I can just redo that". I think that when we hear the word regret we immediately think something bad, as if we were not satisfied with our self. Regret is not meant to be bad, but to allow us to see that we should live our life to the fullest. We only regret when we don't get to do the things we want to, because there is some type of doubt in our minds. I believe that if we allow our self to take risks we will not have so many regrets in our life's. For instance I regret not giving a person a chance, because I allowed myself to be persuade by people that think they truly know me. I mostly regret judging the person before I truly knew them as a person. That hurts me the most, because I always tell others don't judge others before you know them, and here I am doing just that.
Some times regrets doesn't just come from not following your heart or doing what you want, but sometimes it comes from doing something, and then you realize, hurt you in the end. I found this blog about regret, it shows many examples on how people regret something, but end up loving and appreciating the effect from their regret. So in general, why do we say we don't regret anything, but in the end we always would like to change our actions?
